It's not too late...

Study, feed baby, study, feed baby.......

I'm tired. Its about 11:30 pm and I'm supposed to be doing homework, but I just needed a break and someone to talk to. I feel like I don't have enough time in the day. My house is disgusting, I barely ever cook, and I feel like I'm not spending enough one on one time with the baby. I'm quick to put him in the activity gym, or swing so I can run a load up to the washer, or get a quick bite to eat, or even read a few pages in a textbook. I'm about to lose my mind. I'm tired, I need to get my homework done, the baby won't stop waking up, and I have to work in the morning!! I feel bad because I went off on my husband tonight but I just needed to vent and I'm sooooo tired. When did school get so difficult. The classes I'm taking are requiring serious amounts of studying and I need to get straight A's.

I hate my job. I don't know why I went back. I suppose I could quit, but its nice to work that one day a week. It brings home a little extra spending money. Although I miss my baby so much when I'm gone for that long. I already leave him for about 3 hours a day for school and on Saturdays I try to spend the whole day getting a weeks worth of schoolwork done. Even then I feel bad for not spending one on one time. And this weekend is especially hard because Chris has weekend duty and has been working 12hr shifts!! Ugh!

I know, I know....what the hell took me so long. Sorry everyone. Let's see where should I start. Well Chris Jr. is now 3 months as of last Friday, he ways 13lbs! He still has his daddy's blue eyes and blonde curly hair! I know I haven't updated in a while, so as far as him growing, by 4 weeks he was 10lbs!! He is awesome. He's cooing up a storm now and I can't get enough of it! Mommy is tired but Baby Chris is starting to sleep for about 4-5 hours through the night now so things are getting better. Mommy is also back in school full time and working on Sundays, and Daddy is also in school fulltime but Daddy works nights so it works itself out. Our school schedules to conflict sometimes but Lola takes over if there is any problems. Oh, by the way I LOVE BEING A MOMMY! I miss him so much even if i just take a nap without him.

Since I haven't updated in a long time I would like to say Congrats to my bestfriend Kari and her husband Ian!! They are expecting a baby girl! Chris Jr.'s 1st girlfriend! LOL! I love you guys!

And I would also like to give a Congrats to Dana and Nick!! It's about damn time! (just kidding) Can you believe it! Remember those LaSalle days?! Planning your wedding is going to be so fun! I hope I can be there! (hint hint, lol) Dana your going to be such a beautiful bride! You'll have to let me know your email. I want to see the dress your picking!!

Thanksgiving....3 weeks.

Welcome baby Chris 3 weeks early!!!!

What!!? Momma is having baby already!? Yay! Mom was feeling a little bit of liquid leaking on Thursday for the past few days but she wasn't sure what is was so finally she picks up the phone and calls the doctor's office which was closed at 6:30 p.m. so the operator had to page the doctor on call to call me back. Doc calls back and hears the story and tells me I'm "a naughty girl, but we'll be nice since it 's your first, come on in to labor and delivery!" Oh my god! Was I going to have this baby tonight? I call Chris to get him out of class and he was like what!? It was so exciting! We didn't have a bag packed!

We venture out to the hospital with my close friend Beth directly behind us and as we drive up there Chris and I just keep telling each other this is just a false alarm. There is no way we could be having this baby right now! Oops.....guess we were wrong!

We get there and they start running some tests, the liquid tested negative as amniotic fluid but as the doc did the ultrasound she said my placenta looked a little old. Way to make a mom feel good doc!!! Lol. anyway there was plenty of fluid around his head so they decided to just keep me there and watch his heartbeat for 30 mins. About 45 go by and the nurse comes in with an iv, she says we gonna hook you up to an iv .....just in case. About another half hour goes by. Nurse comes in.....we're gonna hook you up to some anitbiotics just in case. Another probably I don't even know goes by....its about 12:30 at night and the doc and nurse come in and tell me "we're gonna have baby right now okay?" Okay? Okay? Hell yeah!!! It brings tears to my eyes just writing this right now!!

They then broke my water and came in about 1:30a.m. to insert the hormones to induce. It's then they tell me it will take about 12 to 14 hours before I start having baby. WRONG!! Mommy wanted baby out and baby wanted out!!! I was ready to go fully dilated at 6:30a.m. and had baby Chris at 7:59! Okay we have a lot to do to get him registered today and he's got his first doc visit on base so I'll have to write more later! Love ya'll!!!

37 weeks........just about. Lol!!

Okay so I'm about 3 weeks away from the big day. Chris always makes fun of me because when someone asks how far along I am I always rounding it to the furthest week. So I could be like 36 weeks and 1 day and I'll say I'm 37. Lol. What can I say...I'm a little bit anxious. I'm having a really hard time right now because I don't want anything to do with school. It's all baby this, baby that and there is nothing I can do about it. If I withdrawal from all my classes and not finish out this semester I lose all my scholarships and my student loans, not to mention all the money I paid for those classes!! It sucks! And its really taking a toll on my attitude. I don't even want to think about how much work I have to do. Then on top of that I don't sleep very well because I'm so uncomfortable. I don't know what to do!! Does anyone want to do my homework for me? It's really easy....NOT! Well I had mom take some pics of me today, she did the best that she could after I explained to her how to use the camera like 20 times!! Lol.

By the way.....for some reason it looks like I have some teeth missing in these pics. Haha! Don't worry they are still there!!
